What happens if my order is delivered when I am not home?
We use StarTrack for deliveries and coordinate with you before dispatching your goods. Due to the high value of our items, we instruct our courier not to leave packages unattended. If you're not home, a re-delivery or pickup arrangement will be made.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status through the courier's website.

What is the stock availability and lead time for your products?
We maintain ample stock of our popular finishes, including Raw Brass, Brushed Brass, Chrome, Satin Nickel, Gold Brass, Dark Bronze Matte, and Antique Gold. For special orders or custom projects, items are airfreighted and typically take 8–10 weeks to arrive.
What finishes and colours are available, and will your products match items I already have?
We offer a wide range of finishes and colours, including Raw Brass, Brushed Brass, Chrome, Satin Nickel, Gold Brass, Dark Bronze Matte, and Antique Gold. We strive for consistency across our products, and our finishes are designed to closely match standard industry colours. While exact matches can vary due to manufacturing processes, please contact us or request a sample to ensure compatibility.
What is a "living" finish and patina? How long does it take to develop?
A "living" finish refers to materials like Raw Brass, Brushed Brass, Shiny Brass, and Polished Nickel that naturally age and develop a unique patina over time. Brass finishes will gradually darken to a golden brown colour, while Polished Nickel will develop a darker, aged appearance. The time it takes for the patina to develop depends on environmental factors and usage.
Do you sell spare or replacement parts?
No, we do not sell spare or replacement parts. However, Canterbury Sink & Tap (https://sinkandtap.com.au/) is the exclusive distributor of Nicolazzi and will be able to assist you with any spare or replacement parts you need.
How does your tap handles operate?
Our standard quarter-turn handles operate with a simple 90-degree rotation. Our cartridge handles are designed to move inward, providing ease of use for customers with arthritis or limited mobility.
Are your products suitable for commercial use?

Are your products environmentally friendly and certified?

However, our fireclay sinks come with a lifetime manufacturer's guarantee and a 10-year warranty, reflecting our confidence in their quality and durability.
